Humza Yousaf - The Man Who Wasn't There

Great story in The Herald about an "unavoidable" meeting which Humza Yousaf used to excuse his absence from a crucial vote in the Scottish Parliament.  

Apparently there are no records, no minutes and no official paperwork regarding the meeting which suggests that Humza Yousaf is continuing with the SNP's established  culture of spin, dissembling and outright lies.
