SNP - Something Doesn't Add Up (2)

 

My local Property Manager has been in touch to say they need prior approval from all the owners in order to spend £2,400 on essential work to our building.

Meanwhile over at SNP HQ someone splashes out £110,000 on a motor home apparently without asking anyone's 'by or leave'. 

Incredible.

How would the Chief Executive of the SNP, Peter Murrell, have the authority to spend £110,000 on a top of the range motor home without prior approval from the SNP Treasurer, the party's National Executive or its finance committee?   

Something doesn't add up.
