An interesting complaint under Scotland's ministerial code has been made against Nicola Sturgeon - apparently in May 2017 the FM held an important meeting about the future of Ferguson Marine without a civil servant present.
How can it be that SNP ministers keep worse records than your local corner shop?

Seems like the SNP Government keeps worse records than a local corner shop which would get absolutely hammered if its owners failed to make timely and accurate VAT returns.
Yet SNP ministers have the brass neck to say there's no explanation on how Ferguson Marine managed to spend and waste £130 million on Scotland's great ferries scandal.
