The SNP operates as a highly centralised, top-down autocracy with Team Sturgeon controlling all the levers of power.

After a shocking display of arrogance and complacency over the Patrick Grady sex pest scandal SNP leaders are now on the run - which is richly deserved!

Though this has only happened because of the courage of the young complainer and the tenacity of journalists to hold powerful politicians to account.
