Has Anyone Seen Cllr Elaine Gallagher?

I went along to the excellent Let Women Speak (LWS) event in Glasgow yesterday, but I didn't see any sign of Cllr Elaine Gallagher, Glasgow's first trans councillor - a man, unmistakably, who self-IDs as a woman.

I wanted to speak with Cllr Gallagher about his reported council tax arrears - did anyone happen to see him or has he gone to ground?
