SNP - More Over-Promising and Under-Delivering

SNP ministers are displaying yet again their tendency for over-promising and under-delivering - this time over health care and the NHS.

To add insult to injury John Swinney has handed all of these ministers (including Jenny Minto) a completely unjustified, over-the-top 20% increase in their salaries - in a single year!
