Trade Union Voices - Squeak Up!
The NHS worker was in the female-only changing room alone late at night when the TW started to undress in front of her. She informed him she felt intimidated & embarrassed. He stated he had as much right to be in the changing room. https://t.co/VkOM6irPtR

It's astonishing there's been virtually no trade union comment over the suspension of a female NHS worker who complained about being forced to share a changing room with a man.
If the women is a union member and if her trade union refused to represent her, I suspect the trade union involved could be in big trouble.
Employers cannot compel workers (or service users) to accept self-ID or the absurd notion that men can just magically declare themselves to be women - and trade unions have a duty to defend their members against discrimination and bullying.
