Try telling disabled Glaswegians that the council tax is being frozen - when charges for care services are being increased by 50% to 65%.

SNP led Glasgow City Council is being hauled before the Court of Session next weeks to defend its contemptible decision to increase care charges for disabled Glaswegians by 50% to 65%.

Defending the indefensible again.
