The SNP leader of Glasgow city council tries to explain on Scotland Tonight why Glasgow has gone from 'No Mean City' to 'No Clean City'.

The lame excuse for the state of Glasgow's streets and its public realm is......wait for it.......Covid!

Jim Sillars is spot on about the dreadful personality cult which allowed Peter Murrell and Nicola Sturgeon to run the SNP as a 'Mr & Mrs' tag team for years. What's astonishing is that SNP members - party activists, councillors, MSPs and MPs - turned a blind eye to things for so long  which helps explain why the SNP is in such a terrible mess today.
