Vaccines Versus Covid-19

Punch and Judy politics are back in vogue at the moment as Brexit takes centre stage yet again.

But the biggest news of the day is the roll-out of the Oxford/Astra Zeneca vaccine which has the potential to be a game changer in the battle against Covid-19.

The $64,000 dollar question is how to make the best use of the Oxford/Astra Zeneca vaccine which does not need to be stored at very low temperatures and can therefore be rolled-out more easily and effectively, unlike some of its rivals.  

So how is this going to be done and when will politicians lay out their plans for getting the job done?

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
