  Now I've heard everything - STUC (Roz Foyer) boss says Scotland's trade unions might strike to defend self-ID and men magically declaring themselves to be women. Now the first thing to say about this nonsense is that the vast majority of union members reject self-ID and the nonsense which underpins transgender ideology. So this is never going to happen apart from such an idiotic strike being unlawful, of course. In passing Roz says she doesn't condemn the words of the wackadoodle Green MSP Maggie Chapman who called the UK Supreme Court 'bigoted, prejudiced and hateful'. In truth the STUC has become largely irrelevant to modern Scotland - a once powerful civic force, capable of working across part lines, has turned into a mere shadow of its former self and is now heavily reliant on the Scottish Government to pay its bills. More like a ScotGov quango than the 'voice' of working people this attention-seeking outburst just goes to show how hopeless the STUC ha...

And throw in a couple of holiday homes while you're at it - preferably one in Scotland and another in Spain, if that's OK. I thought Roz Foyer made a terrible fool of herself after suggesting that Scotland's unions might strike to defend self-ID and men magically declaring themselves to be women. But the STUC boss has gone one better with the revelation that she owns not just one, but two holiday homes - one in Jura and a second one in the south of Spain! I wonder where Roz declares the tax on her foreign earnings? In the process of making a fool of herself Ms Kennedy tries to smear people campaigning to defend women's rights as 'exaggerating the problem'. But Ms Kennedy has served her 'useful idiot' purpose - SNP ministers have binned her review after refusing to include misogyny in their Hate Crime and Public Order Act which was implemented on 1 April 2024.
