Celtic FC - Power, Accountability and Ultras

Tony Benn famously posed five questions to those in positions of authority and influence - how are they accountable and to whom?

So let's apply these questions to Celtic's 'ultras' who often have lots to say about other people's behaviour.

1) Who speaks for the 'ultras'?

2) Why do these people remain faceless and nameless?

3) How do they make decisions? 

4) To whom are their spokesmen (all men) accountable?

5) How are leaders appointed - how can they be sacked?
