Edinburgh Rape Crisis - Not Fit For Purpose (November 06, 2024)


What a resounding vindication and victory for Roz Adams!

The entire board of Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre must resign - the organisation is not fit for purpose. 

And what a shocking waste of money.

ERCC receives around £2 million an year in public funding with £1 million coming from the SNP ministers.

Roz Adams, an experienced counsellor, was victimised and hounded out of Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre after refusing to accept self-identifying men as providers of female-only support services

“What I want from an apology is a real recognition of what has been done and for them to say what change is concretely happening now to prevent that happening in the future."

How very reasonable - especially for an organisation that receives @£2 million a year in public funding What the hell is going on Scottish ministers?
