Tackling Violence and Two-Tier Justice

Rioting and violence in the streets has met with a tough response from the criminal justice system recently - and rightly so.

The point is to send out a message that this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.

So how is a suspended sentence for sexual assault taking violence against women and girls seriously?
