SNP, Self-ID and Hong Kong Phooey

A man who self-IDs as a woman makes a speech to the SNP conference denouncing Scotland's health care system after paying £500 to a Hong Kong based 'Gender GP' service for a diagnosis that he is actually female rather than male.

Presumably this chap now expects Scotland's NHS to provide him with expensive, lifelong medical treatment - including hormone replacement therapy and major surgery to replace his penis and testicles with an artificial vagina.

All of which confirms the trans lobby and SNP have lost the plot because gender ideology/self-ID is a hotly disputed belief system which has no basis in observable reality, biology, or good old-fashioned common sense.

Jim Sillars is spot on about the dreadful personality cult which allowed Peter Murrell and Nicola Sturgeon to run the SNP as a 'Mr & Mrs' tag team for years. What's astonishing is that SNP members - party activists, councillors, MSPs and MPs - turned a blind eye to things for so long  which helps explain why the SNP is in such a terrible mess today.
