Mike Dailly asks a reasonable question of SNP/Green led Glasgow City Council:
How can the council justify a 65% increase in weekly charges for providing vital services to disabled people in Glasgow - when people's income has risen by just 10%?
I wrote about this on the blog weeks ago, but it's good to see the council's policy is now being challenged by a judicial review in the Court of Session.
