Eddie Izzard fails again in his quest to become the candidate in a Labour target seat - he's finding out the hard way that it's a marathon rather than a sprint and that local people don't take too kindly to carpetbagging celebrities.

Kentucky Fried Seagull

Hugh Fearnley Whitingstall is one of my favourite - and endearingly bonkers - TV chefs.
