Humza Yousaf's much vaunted council tax 'freeze' will still result in an above inflation 5% increase in next year's council tax bills!

Yet another example of SNP ministers over-promising and under-delivering.

Becsause in 2024/25 we will all be paying even more - for fewer and poorer public services.
