All in the Family - Absurd and Indefensible

At the heart of the row over the SNP's finances is an allegation that the party's chief executive Peter Murrell is refusing to be open and transparent.   

Fact is the husband and wife 'tag team' at the top of the party is absurd and indefensible.

I just knew there had to be a suitable song for the 'Mr and Mrs' double act at the top of the SNP and then it came to me - Sly and the Family Stone with their 1971 hit 'Family Affair'.

What a hoot!

Scotland is the only part of the UK where a family franchise dominates both the party of government and government itself.

Can you imagine the hoots of derision if Boris and Carrie (or others) were a Mr & Mrs double act?
