How Can I Be Happy?

Here's an article from The Independent which contains an uplifting message from the British Humanist Association on the meaning of life and how to be happy.

Much more interesting and convincing if you ask me, than the message that organised religion has to offer with their competing claims about whose religion really is the best and which one is following the true and righteous path.

So long as religious believers don't try to tell me how to live my life, they can believe in the Easter Bunny for all I care.

Maybe some believe in the Easter Bunny already and if so, I wouldn't be in the slightest surprised because certain religions have some truly incredible beliefs and traditions.

Stephen Fry’s humanist secret of happiness is the best thing you’ll watch today

The actor takes just three minutes to tell us the meaning of life, the universe and everything

Many of us, at some stage or another, have contemplated the meaning of life.

Some engage in philosophical theory. Others simply sit and ponder where their place is in the world in which we live in, what legacy they will leave and how to do something with their lives that will go on to have a rippling effect on those that succeed them.

And then there is Stephen Fry. Who explains the whole thing in a concise but comprehensive three minutes for the British Humanist Association.
