West Lothian Council

A Case Management Discussion (CMD) involving West Lothian Council - has been arranged as follows:

Date - Monday 18 October 2010

Time - 10 am onwards

Venue - Employment Tribunal Office, Melville Street, Edinburgh - a short walk from Haymarket Station

West Lothian has been dragging its feet for years - with the council blowing hot and cold - about making reasonable settlement offers to people with outstanding claims.

The aim will be to set a firm timetable for a GMF hearing - if the council continues to stick its head in the sand.
