Stranger Things and The Women Who Wouldn't Wheesht

Does anyone else find it strange, sinister even, that none of the editors/contributors to a fantastically successful book - 'The Women Who Wouldn't Wheesht' - have been invited to a single one of the UK's literary festivals?

TWWW appeared in The Sunday Times top ten bestsellers list this year, but the organisers of these prestigious events have not seen fit to invite the women who have have shaken Scotland's political establishment to the core.

I do hope festival sponsors are taking note.
