SNP - Playing Politics With People's Lives?

SNP politicians insist that withdrawing the winter fuel allowance means that Scottish pensioners will die of cold, but as Ian Macwhirter points out John Swinney has the power to keep the payment.

The SNP is spending £189 million a year on free bus travel for under 22-year-olds.

So which is more important, First Minister?
