SNP Record Breakers!

The SNP are world leaders when it comes to record keeping - by the simple expedient of Scottish government ministers and officials keeping no records at all.

The malicious prosecution of Rangers FC and the mystery of Scotland's 'ghost ferries' are now joined by deleted WhatsApp messages from Nicola Sturgeon's right-hand man during Covid - Jason Leitch.

Now I use WhatsApp, but I don't delete my messages on a daily basis - and never if dealing with something important, as Jason Leitch was via a government phone purchased with public money.

The bill for the malicious prosecutions in the Rangers tax fraud case is now £110 million and counting - yet no one has been held to account.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
