Dumb Animal


Pictured above is an American TV presenter, Melissa Bachman, who is shown smiling and posing with her 'kill' - an adult male lion which she shot with a high powered rifle from a safe distance away.

Apparently this woman refers to herself as the "hardcore huntress" and wrote of her achievement on Twitter - "Incredible day in South Africa! Stalked inside 60-yards on this beautiful male lion...what a hunt!"

 No doubt Melissa was accompanied heavily armed rangers who would have ensured her safety had anything gone wrong with her daring plan which involved creeping up on this unsuspecting creature - before shooting it through the head.

What an achievement, indeed.
