Dog That Didn't Bark

Andrew Neil made a fair point during his regular BBC 'Daily Politics' programme earlier today in which he pointed out that not one MP raised what is happening in Grangemouth - at the lunchtime session of Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs).

Not the Government side - or the Labour opposition benches - which I find very strange to stay the least.

Because even though, as Andrew Neil also pointed out, an urgent parliamentary statement was being made - immediately following today's session of PMQs.

You would have thought that out of all the Westminster MPs in the House of Commons - that one of them would have used the occasion to raise what is a strategically important issue for Scotland.
