The Bleedin' Obvious


Here's a statement of the bleedin' obvious from Dr Ozzy Osbourne - on when it's very  dangerous to mix your drinks. 

Question: Dr Ozzy,Chefs use liquid nitrogen all the time on TV cooking shows. So why is it so dangerous in a drink?

Answer: Chefs use hot chip fat, too — that doesn’t mean it’s safe to start swigging from the frying pan. A lot of bartenders chill glasses with liquid nitrogen these days, but if you start messing around with it, blowing smoke rings or whatever, you can end up with internal frostbite, or worse, having the stuff basically explode inside you. That’s why it’s dangerous. And that’s why you should never, ever, drink it.
