Free Speech and Police Scotland

I think I shall send Jo Farrell, Chief Constable of Police Scotland, a copy of this video featuring the late, great Christopher Hitchens - on the importance of free speech and people having their voices heard.

Because trying to drown out people's voices with loud music is a denial of their right to free speech and their right to be heard which the police - including Police Scotland - have a duty to uphold.
