Graham Linehan's arrest by the thought police ought to offend every right thinking person. It is an outrageous attack on free speech, but the spotlight will now turn on the police themselves for listening to a bogus, malicious complaint from a trans zealot.  

Graham Linehan being arrested as he stepped off a plane at Heathrow airport is an astonishing and disturbing attack on free speech. Linehan's 'offence' was to post 3 innocuous comments on X back in April 2025 which is all the more ridiculous when you compare this to the appalling behaviour of the trans crazies in recent years.   I am sure the creator of Father Ted will see the funny side of this in time, but for the moment it's the kind of move more commonly associated with a banana republic or a fundamentalist Islamic country.  

Trade unions claim to be member-led, but when it comes to women's rights they are dancing to the tune of largely male trans activists instead of standing up for women members. Up till now the unions have supported self-ID - a nonsense policy which, if passed into law, would have allowed men to declare they have magically 'become women' entitling these men to invade women's single sex spaces. The Scottish Government tried to do just that of course, but they were stopped in their tracks by UK ministers and a resounding judgment from the UK Supreme Court which affirmed biological sex as the foundation stone of equality law. Trade unions gather in Brighton at the weekend for the 157th annual congress of the TUC which I last attended in 1983 to collect the TUC Youth Award - a time when no one had heard of queer theory, children being born in the wrong body, self-ID and men claiming they are women.
