Useful Idiots and Infantile Politics
If a new Corbyn-Sultana hard-left party achieves anything, it’ll be the advancement of Nigel Farage’s Prime Ministerial ambitions. My @scotonsunday column: https://t.co/CKAX7B0Zkp

Euan McColm's column on the creation of a new far-left party is both funny and politically astute - because the only people to benefit from such a self-indulgent move would be Nigel Farage and John Swinney.
"If Farage continues to gorge himself on the Tory vote then Labour will be the only party that can credibly stop him.
"Like Farage, First Minister John Swinney would be happy to see a new Corbynesque party in the running."
Jeremy Corbyn was responsible in 2019 for delivering Labour's worst general election result since the 1930s while Zarah Sultana is a fan of the proscribed terrorist group Palestine Action and supports self-ID as well as puberty blockers for children.
Infantile politics (left, right or nationalist) are of course no solution to the many challenges facing the UK.
And just to prove me right Corbyn voted against proscribing the terrorist group Al Qaeda back in 2001 - I imagine Sultana would have joined him had she been an MP at the time.
Meanwhile SNP MPs at Westminster abstained on the Palestine Action vote which speaks volumes about John Swinney's craven leadership of a party which is unable to speak up in support of women's rights and a courageous individual like Sandie Peggie.
