Trade Unions Have An Awful Lot Of Explaining To Do

The Herald

The Herald splashes with the news that Sandie Peggie is to sue her trade union, the RCN (Royal College of Nursing).

Good for her - because the vast majority of grassroots union members reject self-ID and the absurd notion that men can magically declare they have 'become women'.

So why would trade unions like the RCN, or the largest health union Unison, do anything other than vigorously support women in their demands for single sex spaces - and their right to dignity, privacy and safety at work? 

The reason is that the trade unions are dancing to the tune of trans activists, largely men of course, instead of listening to members like Sandie Peggie and defending women's rights.
