The Express picks up on an important point from yesterday's hearing of the Sandie Peggie employment tribunal.

Fife NHS bosses silenced Peggie and told her she could not speak about the reason for her bogus suspension.

In doing so NHS managers failed to gather potentially important evidence from other staff to gauge how they felt about a man being allowed access to a previously female-only changing room.

Meanwhile a colleague of Ted Upton sent details of his bogus complaints about Sandie Peggie to other members of the medical staff in Fife NHS!
