More great lines from Private Eye which exposes the scurrilous way the SNP Government used its influence over the Scottish Prisons Service to introduce the policy of men (trans women) being placed into the female prison estate.
So how would Sturgeon escape from her U-turn so screeching
To stop all the auld Scots voters whose support was now leeching?
She decided it was necessary to change her position
And from her previous policy she would have to transition.
"This prisoner was creating a risk to other women", said she,
"Particularly one poor wee woman I know - ME!"

Humza Yousaf - Justice Minister 2018 to 2021 (February 28, 2023)
Humza Yousaf was Scotland's Justice Minister between June 2018 and May 2021 and played a huge role in developing the SNP's policy of placing male prisoners in the female prison estate.
Private Eye makes the whole business look absurd and deservedly so since no law exists anywhere in the UK stating that a 'trans woman' is a woman, not least because a trans woman is a man - a biological male.
My are some of my favourite lines from the Private Eye poem on the 'Historic Struggle to Create an Independent Scottish Prisons Policy' -
