Glasgow's 'Fat Cat' Probe

I have asked Glasgow City Council to explain who authorised the extraordinary £357,845 golden goodbye payment to the outgoing chief executive, Annemarie O'Donnell.

I've also asked for details of who is conducting the Council's 'fat cat' probe into this astonishing use of public money.

The information I am seeking is as follows:

1) The name and position of the senior GCC official who approved the details of Annemarie O'Donnell's leaving package - under the council's Scheme of Delegation

2) The name and contact details for the independent lawyer (KC) who is conducting the Glasgow City Council 'fat cat' probe

2) The name/s and contact details for the external auditors who are assisting with the Glasgow City Council 'fat cat' probe

I have information which may be helpful to the parties involved in the inquiry.
