Fair comment from Iain Macwhirter on the wishful thinking approach of the SNP and Greens when it comes to policy making and net zero.

"Fantasy policymaking has infected the whole decarbonising drive. Legislate and forget seems to be politicians’ approach. They set targets that make people feel good and then forget all about how they are to be implemented."
