Women, Men and Equal Treatment

Fife NHS is a big employer with 8,500 staff some of whom are very highly paid including the Director of Workforce (human resources) whose salary in 2022 was between £85,966 - £112,401.

Which begs the question:

How could a female nurse be suspended for six months after complaining that her privacy, choice and dignity at work were adversely affected by a policy which removed single sex changing areas?

Yet the male doctor who was the subject of her complaint was not suspended and allowed to remain at work.

Sounds very much like the female nurse was punished by the human resource boffins - while the make doctor was protected.
