Theodore's Todger and Dr Upton's Dick

Stephanie Davies asks if Fife NHS is on a self-destruct mission? 

Looks that way, but the saga of Theodore's Todger and Dr Upton's Dick seems a strange hill to die on with the NHS in such a state.

NHS waiting times are at an all time high, people are being forced into the private sector for hip/knee replacements etc and Fife NHS has previously warned of a looming £55 million gap in its 2025 budget!
