First Minister's Day Job

Why does Humza Yousaf spend so much time talking about things which are not part of his responsibilities as Scotland's First Minister?

Because he wants to avoid discussing: increased NHS waiting times, the fall in education standards, Scotland's ghost ferries, 'pay more get less' council services, the census scandal, women's rights, self-ID, freedom of speech and hate monsters.
