Private Eye - Takes No Prisoners, Takes No Sides



Private Eye, the UK's best and only fortnightly satirical magazine, is something of a national treasure because it lampoons politicians and powerful figures from all walks of life.



The good thing about Private Eye is that it cuts all politicians down to size - and we could do with more of the Eye's healthy scepticism in Scotland where identity politics continues to reign supreme.



A large slice of Scotland's population have a sense of humour only when it comes to 'them' rather than 'us'.
