The Working Class Can Kiss My Ass
Just days ago Donna-Marie and Team DM Legal were talking up their working class credentials like nobody's business.
Yet all of a sudden the language has changed and many of their wilder claims have been watered down, as if someone or something has intervened behind the scenes, to knock some sense into these out of control Facebook Warriors.
In any event the 'before' and 'after' effect on DM's web page is really quite remarkable - like a hippy losing their long locks or a woolly sheep losing its warm winter coat.
Earlier references to the 'working class' along with various silly claims about what Team DM is doing (or has done) have literally 'disappeared' from the web page, but as I suspected something like this might happen I decided to make a copy of the original posts - see below.
But don't just take my word for it - read the 'before' and 'after' Facebook posts and decide for yourself.

BEFORE
DM Legal Claims Ltd was established in June 2012 by Donna-Marie Gray. After seven years of legal studies and widespread research into the legal industry, Donna set up the company to provide legal support and guidance to the people of Lanarkshire. Studies show that legal costs are far too high for working class people, even when they are faced with a serious legal matter. Even junior lawyers charge more than £100 per hour and the relatively simple matters like drafting a will or incorporating a business takes 8 to 10 hours or so. As a result many people cannot afford to get divorced, pursue civil cases or defend themselves in the courts. DM Legal believe that legal services should be cheaper, more accessible and better. Most importantly available to everyone, not just for the wealthy!

Donna-Marie is a Strathclyde University graduate with the following legal qualifications - B.A Law, LL.B Law and Diploma in Legal Practice, she has already completed 6 months of her legal traineeship but had to take a career break to work on the equal pay cases. She will be pursuing her route to becoming a fully qualified solicitor and registered with the Law Society of Scotland in 2020.
AFTER
Donna-Marie is a Strathclyde University graduate having studied for seven years and passing all her legal exams. She is qualified with the B.A Law degree, LL.B Law degree and Diploma in Legal Practice and has completed 6 months of her legal traineeship; she choose (sic) to take a career break to work on the equal pay cases for her clients.

Alison K Martin is the Legal Director and also a Strathclyde graduate and an incredible asset to DM Legal. Donna and Alison both come from a working class, Lanarkshire background. After meeting at university they soon realised that many local people want access to justice and cannot afford the hourly fees that are needed for their civil case to be taken on. They decided to help with this and began to take on several civil cases on a no win, no fee basis.
AFTER

I have to say this reminds me of the cheeky modification of the old Labour Party anthem which goes to the tune of the Red Flag: "The Working Can Kiss My Ass etc etc ........".
And as I've said before on the blog people who feel the need to keep banging on about how 'working class' they are need counselling and therapy - rather than sympathy.
