Humza Yousaf's cabinet is full of bootlickers - talentless Yes men and women.

In recent days Yousaf himself along with his deputy, Shona Robison, and health minister, Michael Matheson have turned the Scottish Government into a terrible laughing stock with their lies over Covid messages and phone charges.
