Hey Good Looking - Whatcha Got Cooking?

Last night's dinner was roasted vegetables with Greek yoghurt and hot chilli sauce.

Before and after - a mixture of red onion, tomatoes, potatoes, squash, fennel, aubergine, courgette, peppers, mushrooms and celeriac.

Slathered in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper - before roasting in an oven for an hour or so and served with fresh basil leaves.
