Fair comment from Tom Gordon - because judges in the Supreme Court are not going to be drawn into a ridiculous political pantomime for the benefit of the SNP and Nicola Sturgeon.

FM saying that the Indyref2 Bill will not be introduced at Holyrood until after UKSupreme Court gives opinion on it. But hard for UKSC to give a view as legislation can change as it goes through parliament see Keatings and Court of Session "hypothetical and premature"
