Tuna Empanadas with a Feta Cheese and Watermelon Salad


Last night I made some Tuna Empanadas along with a Feta Cheese and Watermelon Salad.


Empanada mix (tuna, onion, peppers)



Making the individual pastries is a bit fiddly



All made and into the oven for 20 minutes



Out of the oven and ready to eat
