Glasgow - Even More Breaking News!

Karl Bromley has asked me to remind A4ES claimants that they can easily change the password on their A4ES client account.

So if any clients have security concerns about who knows their personal details, they can login and change their password under the 'Settings' section - see below

Keeping Your Details Secret - Changing Your Password
To do this you need to login to your dashboard and click on the symbol for Settings. You will then be asked to enter in a new password and to re-type the password and lastly to submit.

Please note that as far as A4ES settlement offers are concerned the system will go 'live' at 12noon today.

The A4ES server can handle thousands of enquiries at the same time, but it would probably help things if not everyone jumped on to the internet at the same time!

A4ES - Checking Your Details

In recent days there have been lots of enquiries to the A4ES office about the status of people's equal pay claims in Glasgow.

A4ES claimants can actually check these details themselves online and if anything needs updating, for example a change of address, this can be done on line as well.

The A4ES web site can be found at: www.a4es.co.uk

The procedure for A4ES clients to access the records system is explained below, but there is no need for anyone to contact the Glasgow Employment Tribunal office.

If any claimants have particular concerns, the best way to raise a query is by email to the A4ES office at: enquiries@action4equality.co.uk

Glasgow - Breaking News!

Because of the delay in getting letters posted on time to claimants in Glasgow, Action 4 Equality Scotland has decided to share details of its clients' individual settlement offers on the A4ES records system.

So from midday 12noon tomorrow (Sunday) A4ES clients will be able to access their own personal offer information online using the normal 'login' procedure - and each client will be able to view only their own information.

A4ES clients will still have to return their completed settlement offer documents, of course, once all the letters have arrived through the post.

For obvious reasons, people are keen to know the actual amount of their settlement offers - and in the circumstances this seems the best way to speed up the process.

Karl Bromley, by the way, has been working through the night to put this information on the A4ES records system and here is a link for Claimants to follow: www.a4es.co.uk
