A number of readers from Glasgow have been in touch - to say that the first phase of their equal pay claims have still not been settled.
Now this is very odd.
Apparently the claims involved are being handled by the readers' trade union - but I can't understand the reason for any delay.
Because most Action 4 Equality Scotland (A4ES) clients had the first phase of their equal pay claims - settled long ago.
The current position is that A4ES clients have a further claim against Glasgow City Council - which is still being pursued in the Employment Tribunals.
So the reason why some people - who pursued their claims through their trade union - have still not got passed first base is a complete mystery.
