Tribunal Hearings

Regular readers will be interested to know that the ongoing Employment Tribunal hearing involving South Lanarkshire Council - is back in session again next week.

Here are the first set of dates scheduled in December:

Monday - 5 December 2011

Tuesday - 6 December 2011

Wednesday - 7 December 2011

Thursday - 8 December 2011

Friday - 9 December 2011

The tribunal normally gets underway at 10 am - and breaks for lunch around 1pm.


The venue is the Glasgow Employment Tribunal, Eagle Building, 215 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7TS - a 10 minute walk from Central Station.

Action 4 Equality Scotland claimants are entitled to attend the hearing.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
